My jam is holding space. I absolutely love it. My career path has had more twists & turns than I care to count, but gratefully, they have all led me here; guiding soul led women & business owners to live their most authentic, joyous & abundant life - without apology.
I love the deep dive, Im not content with shallow anything. I want to live a life that is bold, unique, expansive, sensual & creative - & I want that for you too.
Seeing women unearth their radiance, sensuality, sense of self, inner wisdom & soul gifts - well its just the best thing ever & I get to do it every damn day. Lucky me hey!

Life is a rollercoaster, baby! I have had my share of pain, loss & heartache too. But those dark days became the catalyst for my rebirth & eventually, I learned to turn my scars into my superpowers & you can too.
You see, we all have a story. But our stories can be rewritten, new chapters can be added. The victim of the story can become the heroine.
What I Do
You can call me a coach, a mentor, a guide... your soul sister. I work with soul centred woman who are ready for more - much more.
Together we create radical healing & self mastery, so that absolutely nothing can get in the way of you living a life of truth, purpose & joy.
How I do it
Dance & movement has been part of my life for almost four decades. Whoa, I know! I understand the power of movement to heal & form a deeper connection to ourselves. I blend together embodied movement, energetic work & mindset practices, along with strategy, spirituality & science to help you ignite deep & lasting healing of the the whole being; mind, body & spirit.
What is embodied business
For women in soul centred business, stepping into & owning our gifts, starts with our own healing. That’s why all of my business programs, integrate soul guidance & shadow work AS WELL AS the important biz things like business energetics, soulful branding & mindful marketing.
Because as soulpreneur, your business is the embodiment of your beliefs & life experience.

When I was in the depth of my sadness, so disconnected from myself, I’d have given anything for a place like this. A space to learn how to come home to myself - so I created it.
I want women to believe that anything is possible - because it absolutely is!
This is the time to peel back all the layers & break the mould.
This is a space to be open, vulnerable & unapologetically YOU. It’s a place to find your fierce, light your fire & get clear about your purpose.
She Woke is an unfolding; a leaning in - it is moving closer to self. It is awakened conversations & soulful connections.
It is owning your unique soul gifts & sharing them with the world. It is creativity, energy & love.
It is truth & abundance in all its many forms.

I believe in the power of sisterhood. I know in my bones, when we come together to love & lift each other, anything is possible.
Within the temple that is She Woke, you will be supported with kindness, love & empathy. There is no space for judgment within these walls.
I acknowledge my privilege as a white woman living in modern times. I will continue to educate myself on the best ways to be an ally to my sisters, who may not have experienced the privileges I have.
